Ashley Ortega, a Filipino actress was born in San Fernando La Union Philippines on December 26, 1998. Ashley Ortega was born in San Fernando La Union in Philippines. Asha graduated from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and has been given a Fulbright to pursue constitutional reform in Bogota. Asha earned her law degree at Yale Law School. While at Yale, she was an Coker Fellow on Constitutional Law. She was admitted to both the State Bar of New York and Connecticut in 2003.
