Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices related to People, Talent and the culture at Learning Ally. Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise on the table. She's worked alongside leaders across a variety of industries, helping them improve their company, especially in times of high growth. Annmarie has been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into enterprise-wide goals and plans for strategic planning through organizational and performance management, employee engagement, and managing change. She believes that education is the most important aspect of the leadership process. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with proven success. These experiences helped develop organizational cultures which embodied innovation in learning and the capacity to adapt. Annmarie was driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. When she is not working she provides assistance to several non-profit organizations. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is among them. Its mission is to help women become leaders.
